The Threshold to Excellence starts off by giving you the chance to discover exactly where you are at in your life, how you feel about yourself, and how you react to others.
We will explore what is happening now, in all areas of your life. This is important because it is impossible to move forward in the right direction until you know from where you are starting.
Once this has been established, we give you the tools to move forward in the direction you choose. We teach you how to handle the challenges that come your way, enabling you to move through them with skill, rather than avoiding or running away from them.
All too often we seek to avoid taking responsibility for our lives, reacting to situations with blame and anger. It is not surprising that we end up feeling powerless and victimized in a world that is unfair and unjust, and has no meaning.
We teach you:

How to get back in touch with your emotions and how to use them.

That you are not your behavior; you are not defined by what you have done; you are not your mistakes.

The true meaning of responsibility, and how to work with it.

How to create value in your life.

How to move from victim to victor.

The keys to trusting yourself.

To move beyond the limitations of perfectionism, and instead aim for impeccability.

How to get out of limbo and create a vision for yourself.

How to explore the time when you were very little, that time when you got the idea and started to believe that you were not worthy in some way and;

How you internalized that belief.

How that belief comes back again and again to haunt you.

What the social conditioning was to keep you at that place where you find yourself holding back in your life, and playing smaller than your true potential.
Responsibility means the “ability to respond,“
and through learning to take responsibility for your life,
you will start to experience and unfold your own strengths,
creativity and joy.

Nothing can quite match knowing that you are equipped to handle every challenge that arises in your life. Along with the development of your own power and uniqueness, you will begin to notice the beauty and mystery in your life and we will teach you how to make these qualities grow.
The most important relationship you need to work on is the relationship with yourself because:

Then who will?

About Rein Lemberpuu
The Facilitator of the Masterclass
Rein is the founder and vision holder for .Contriber group dedicated to practical education in the field of fulfilling the dreams of one's Dreamer aka Soul. It makes his heart sing to support people to discover themselves and their hearts.
Rein’s high school interests in technology and human relationships created for him the path for his career in Playtech - one of the first unicorns from Estonia. He started as a developer and grew into CEO. Some years later he had everything that describes a success: career, home and family, yet he found himself in crisis. It led him to explore what is outside of the normal understanding of our world and he found a path that stood out for him and resonated as if he had arrived home - Warrior’s Path as shared by Théun Mares. On his discovery journey, he met Théun’s apprentice Elizabeth Schnugh. His life changed completely and foremost all the relationships that he had. From there he started to build a business with his friend Rain that could become the medium of passing on the source of knowledge and his experience of how to hunt and live that knowledge.
Rein has a simple, honest and highly practical approach in guiding people to look within their unique life experiences to find their own path. This approach is immensely uplifting and empowering since you will learn how to solve any problem or challenge that comes your way.
About Triin Sarri
The Co-Facilitator of the Masterclass
Triin believes that our perception of the outer world is the reflection of our inner world. If we arrange and coordinate our inner realms, it will also reflect in the physical world.
Triin’s everyday consist of designing experiences, be it crafting something with her own hands or creating learning experiences through events design and creating safe environments so that people could meet and experience their real selves. She enjoys sparking curiosity in people to discover themselves and helping them to translate information into an experience and thus into knowledge.
She says she’s passionate about learning. She likes action, she likes process, she likes completion. She wants to understand how to turn stones in Self into diamonds, even if they are just as small as sand grain. Learning from her own shadows shows her the way to understand what she is capable of. Her magical power is ruthless but loving honesty with people around her - that they too could meet their stones and shadows and see their real potential.

The Masterclass starts on Thursday afternoon at 2 pm
and finishes on Sunday evening with dinner together.
From Friday to Sunday we will start the day at 9 am.
The nature of the Masterclass does not allow for set times for breaks.
Lunch will be between 12.30 - 2.30 pm, dinner will be between 7.30 - 9.30 pm. We offer refreshments and snacks during the breaks and celebrate with participants in our final dinner at the end of the Masterclass - these are included in the Masterclass fee. Other lunches and dinners are not included in the fee.

The Masterclass will be held in sTARTUp Hub, Kompanii 2, Tartu, Estonia.
